Rated 1 out of 5 by R Frost from Low water light constantly comes on.I’ve had this unit for over a year now, and it hasn’t worked properly from day one. The low water light comes on every time I’m using it, even when the tank is full. I can’t keep the unit on long enough to get through one shirt. It now just doesn’t turn on at all. This model is defective, as there are a lot of people with this same issue. It’s not worth trying to get a replacement, as I wouldn’t want another one of these.

So I thought I should get a new one, well to no avail the water low light continues to come on every 3-4 minutes with the brand new one I bought even after I just filled it! It constantly just does the automatic shut off so I can barely get anything steamed. Poor quality. Don't recommend.

When I finally purchased this steamer and used it for the first time I felt completely let down. I felt like a child who dropped his ice cream cone on the ground :( This item does not generate enough steam to get the job done right. Beware.
